On leaving work at lunchtime the sky was blue and the sun was warm
Quite a surprise given last weeks greyness
Looking around there were a few clouds
to add interest to the warmth
And when i got to Toys R Us to buy my Water Noodle
(apparently it will help smooth out my ilio-tibial band)
the moon was watching and the light shades were shining in the sun
